Getting in shape is the key to success in any weight loss program, and it’s certainly the case when we’re talking about dropping the excess face fat.  Take a moment to analyze your daily routine to find out where you can fit 30 minutes of exercise into it.  I’m not talking about any extreme weight lifting or extreme cardio workouts.  Start yourself out on a steady regimen like taking a brisk walk around the neighborhood, or at a park.  Mix up your exercise routine between morning and evening workouts.  Find a way to keep yourself motivated.  What works for me is that every hour I spend in traffic during my morning and evening commutes, I add one minute to my walking time.  Now, that may not sound like a whole lot, but when you get used to walking almost every night, you find that your walking times increase from a mere 5 minutes to a whopping 30 minutes in no time!  Eating right is always the best blueprint for success when it comes to shedding excess pounds all over your body, including your face.  Fact of the matter is, most people start a diet program with no real commitment to it.  That’s where it can be frustrating or down right difficult to stick with the program.  If you manage to get yourself on a good schedule and plan your meals out accordingly, you’ll find that the transition to an exercise program that specifically targets your face will be all the more easier.
